Plan on arriving midday, the day before the start date of your trip departure. This will allow time for us to finalize our paper work, a little time to rest, ensure everything is ready for your first day in the field and give you time to shoot at the shooting range if you are going on a rifle hunt.

Drive your own vehicle to the Brooks Lake Lodge near Dubois, or to the Best of the West Outfitters near Pinedale, Wyoming or fly into Jackson Hole Airport, Wyoming, rent a vehicle and then drive on to one of the lodges. If you do choose to fly, rent a vehicle and meet us midday prior to your trip date so we can complete our paperwork. If you arrive earlier than your trip date, you can utilize the motel shuttle bus, taxi or rent a car for your transportation to see local sights or enjoy relaxing at the lodge. After your hunt, you may use the same method to return to the airport or home. Maps are available if you would like to drive directly to one of the lodges, hunting camps or trail-heads.

We recommend that you secure “cancel for any reason” trip insurance to ensure you do not suffer a financial loss due to cancellation!
